As members of Tau Beta
Phi, we have chosen to supplement our collegiate experience with a living,
learning, community experience — by joining our fraternity. In this
commitment, we gain lifelong friendships and powerful memories, learn the
importance of discipline and responsibility, and challenge ourselves and each
other to become better men and women.
Recruitment is our opportunity to share the Tau Beta Phi experience, to find
those men and women of excellence who, by simple ignorance about the nature of
our organization, will miss out on the meaningful impact the fraternity will
